Samara is a senior with a strong interest in understanding trauma within family relationships and how various dynamics and child-rearing styles influence development into adolescence and early adulthood. At UConn, Samara serves as the president of UCann Sing, the a-cappella group on the Hartford campus, and works as a First-Year Experience (FYE) mentor. Outside of the lab, she enjoys creating art, playing video games, and spending time with friends and family.
